Refund policy

Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy:

Before making any purchase of good(s) from GINTELL, the customer is advised to read carefully the following purchase terms and conditions and ensure they are well understood. The customer is deemed to have accepted these purchase terms and conditions once the sales order/tax invoice is signed.

  1. This sales order/tax invoice is non-cancellable and non-transferable. Any request to terminate or transfer the sales order is subject to approval from GINTELL on a case-by-case basis. GINTELL reserves the right to decline or accept such a request. If GINTELL agrees to terminate the sales order/tax invoice at the customer’s request, a termination fee of 50% of the order amount will be levied.

  2. Any deposit paid is non-refundable. If the customer fails to pay the balance amount of the sales order within 90 days from the date of the sales order OR refuses to take the ordered goods upon delivery by GINTELL without a valid reason and fails to provide an alternative delivery date more than two (2) times, GINTELL reserves the right to forfeit the deposit without further notice.

  3. The prices of the ordered item(s) stated in the sales order/tax invoice are valid for 90 days from the date of the sales order/tax invoice. GINTELL reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice.

Limited Warranty

  1. Purchaser should read the owner's manual thoroughly before operating the product.
  2. Purchaser is required to retain the original copy of Tax Invoice / Delivery Order as proof of purchase.
  3. ERACARE warrants this product and parts thereof against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year (unless stated otherwise) from the date of purchase by the purchaser, except for the exterior appearance parts (i.e.: backrest, headrest, footrest, casing, remote controller, cabinets, knob, antennas, accessories against damage, scratches, abnormal wear, ageing). During this warranty period, ERACARE will repair any defective product part(s), without charges to the purchaser. However, if repair is to be carried out at customer's place, ERACARE may decide to charge transportation cost if it deems fit.
  4. This warranty is valid for products(s) purchased from ERACARE SDN BHD and operated in Malaysia only.
  5. This warranty does not cover those parts subject to wear and tear & will be void if:
    1. The serial number on the product has been removed, tempered with or rendered illegible.
    2. The product has not been placed in normal living condition or it has been damaged during transportation or subject to rough handling or misused.
    3. The damaged is directly caused by lightning, natural disasters, household pets’ attacks, wrong voltage, flood, fire, theft, negligence, accidents, improper installation or improper maintenance or used not in accordance with the operation instructions furnished by ERACARE.
    4. Product has been repaired, tempered with, altered or modified in any way by unauthorized person or technician.
    5. Product has been used for commercial purposes.
  6. In no event shall ERACARE be liable for consequential loss, incidental or accidental.
  7. Claim for repair or service effected elsewhere will not be entertained.
